Black Sea resorts are a tourist magnet from May to September, with high season in July and August.
Biggest city on the seaside is Constanza (Constanta), biggest port at the Black Sea, important economic center, tourist destination, just 2.5 hours drive from Bucharest.
Main resort is Mamaia, few kilometers from Constanta.
The dream of having a seaside property is pushing up the market, investors jumping to fulfill increasing property demand.
A winning investment strategy will be to buy off plan apartments and houses right on the cost line and sell upon completion, making profit from price appreciation.
Buy to let is possible, demand for holiday rentals being huge in high season. The down size is that you will only have 3-4 month on year to make a profit.
