Developers targeting middle class buyers are investing in more affordable areas like Militari, Titan, Vitan. These new projects are built in traditional residential neighborhoods.
A two bedroom apartment area will be 80-120 sqm, with medium finishing, often superior to those available in top projects from the 90’s.
TYPICAL FINISHING MATERIAL FOR MIDDLE OF THE RANGE APARTMENTS:
- Laminated or wooden flooring in living and bedroom
- Ceramic tiles in kitchen, bathroom, hallway
- Ceramic tiling for terraces
- PVC window frames
- Air-conditioning in living area
Facilities will include:
- Car parking
- Security
- Playground
Apartment are offered with good quality fit-out, including equipped bathroom but no furniture and, with some exceptions, no kitchen.
Price: €1,000-1800 per sqm (plus VAT).
Parking space will cost around €10,000.
